Customers on standard plans get a month's payment in discount if they choose to pay yeraly. Premium plans are always paid yearly.
A Standard solution is normally implemented over a week and requires 2-4 hours of work on your behalf. A Premium usually takes three weeks to a month to implement and 14+ hours of work on your side (excluding setting up CRM integrations), but it depends on your needs and timeframe
Donations are handled by the payment acquirer. The payment acquirer we will set you up with depends on both the payment types you need and your geographical region, in certain regions we have multiple choices.
You can sign up for a test account without, and in order to activate your account. You can pay ongoing feesw ith payment acrd or through bank transfer.
We offer several different options for payment processing. The standard solution is to processor payment directly through BetterNow, you can see the payment processing fees here. In this case you will use Clearhaus A/S as the payment acquire and maybe also local acquires such as Swish in Sweden.

For standard subscriptions we offer monthly contracts as a standrad. You can therefore cancel with just a months notice. If you pay yearly, then the yearly payment is non-refundable. Premium subscriptions are 12 months contracts only.
The product is fully updated in English, Spanish, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, and Norwegian. Our support to you is in English or Danish. We support the following currencies: GBP, EUR, DKK, SEK and NOK.
You can submit Gift Aid claims directly through BetterNow and our integration with the HMRC. Our donation forms have been adjusted to HMRC's suggestions, while still optimising for the highest Gift Aid rate possible. All Gift Aid is paid directly to your account and BetterNow doesn't charge a penny of any Gift Aid amount.
We collect personal numbers in encrypted forms from supporters who wish to receive a tax deduction in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. The forms have the needed responsibility waivers ensuring you only report donations that are eligible for tax deductions. In Denmark, we furthermore generate yearly pre-formatted reports that you can upload directly to the Danish tax services.
